My computer/ipod system wasn't working so I was unable to listen. I just listened today and checked out your websites. I'll pass the info on to my husband. He does the everyday operations. We are a small 17 table restaurant so I don't know if it is something that work for us, but I'll have John look into it. Sounds really neat.

Your business sounds interesting, so you go into commercial kitchens and help them to be more environmentally friendly? Is that understanding correct? If so that is so cool!
My husband plays guitar too. He's in a Christian Contemporary rock band called UnResolved.
