After interviewing two aerial arts (one with Cirque du Soleil) and writing an article for Dancer Magazine, I am inspired to take a lesson when I travel to Philly next weekend. There is a lot of life to experience when we step out of our minds.

A young client, age 12, was "in a slump." He walked in a slump, he talked about slumping and felt slumped. Whew!
Age 12!
After two brief sessions, this little pitcher was the hero of his game last weekend. He pitched an amazing game all because he changed his developing mind.
As one moves up the ranks of sport, you must take your mind with you!
