Boy could I have used this on my way back from Chicago. How about figuring out a way to keep one from wearing themselves out so much that they have to sleep for two days when they get home from an arduous trip.

Can we fly?

After interviewing two aerial arts (one with Cirque du Soleil) and writing an article for Dancer Magazine, I am inspired to take a lesson when I travel to Philly next weekend. There is a lot of life to experience when we step out of our minds.
